Mr. V.P. Batra, FCA, one of the founder partners of our firm, has been associated with the firm since its inception and has been handling the tax department of the firm with all his experience. Apart from handling the direct taxes with efficiency, he has also handled along with other members of the firm, PSU statutory audits. He has in his credit experience in the field of Taxation (Direct), Audit, Company Law Matters, Financial Services, etc.

Mr. Ashutosh Doegar, FCA,

Mr. Ashutosh Doegar, FCA, has been associated with the firm since 2003 is an expert with Corporate Laws and has been handling the department with his long and fruitful experience. He has a special expertise in international taxation and transfer pricing matters.

Mr. Arun Malik, FCA,

Mr. Arun Malik, FCA, prior to joining the firm, was previously associated with a renowned Public Sector Undertaking for more than 25 years at different levels of seniority and now he is actively devoting his time and energy to the firm’s audit department.

Mr. Hemant Batra, FCA & D.I.S.A. (ICAI)

Mr. Hemant Batra, FCA & D.I.S.A. (ICAI), having qualified in 2006 has been associated with the audit department (statutory and internal) of the firm. He has also handled bank branch statutory audits and revenue audits for quite a few number of branches. He is also looking after the indirect tax department of the firm, particularly, Goods and Services Act.
